"Prejudice is a terrible thing. My family has experienced it their whole lives. It's especially hard on the children. I don't know how many times one of my sons has come to me in tears because someone called him a 'preppie' or a 'rich Mormon jerkface.' You just hurt for them, knowing there's so little you can do, except maybe get that other kid expelled from school or his father fired from his job. But you grieve that your kids may be scarred for life anyway.
"Sure, I've experienced bias myself, but I just tell myself to be strong. Like when that Democrat woman said I've never worked a day in my life. Well, I've raised five boys. What with making sure they all had nannies, hiring cooks to feed them and maids to clean up after them and landscapers to replant the trees they knocked over when they were learning to drive it's been busy, busy, busy.
"So what if I made Mitt buy six houses so the kids could never be sure where to find me? Women with 'real' jobs don't always do them, either. Just the other day I was flying first class when the flight attendant let a Mexican coach passenger use our toilet. When I complained, I was just ignored at first, then offered the excuse that the coach passenger was a pregnant woman. Well, I could see that. And I could see that she was probably just flying here so she could have her 'anchor baby.' And I don't think that should be enabled by some flight attendant who looked like she could be Mexican, too. So Mitt will have Bain buy that airline and then restructure it so that it only offers flights to Somalia, but the sting still lingers.
"Don't get me wrong…I still love Spanish people. I think their language is so beautiful, although I encourage them to speak only English when they are cleaning up after my kids or my horses. And I hope they understand that when Mitt advises them to self-deport, he doesn't mean the ones that were born here. He just means their parents and siblings. The rest of them will be fine, as long as they carry around their ID and show it to the police whenever the cops notice they are not white.
"I guess what I'm saying, as kindly as possible and far more politely than I have to, is that you people need to drop your biases against the privileged white people who own and run everything. Notice I said 'need,' not 'should?' Mitt and I plan to be in charge for a while, and you know how he likes to fire people."
